- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups thinly sliced baby spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
- 1 cup thinly sliced radicchio
Method
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add spinach, romaine, and radicchio; toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
