Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups thinly sliced baby spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radicchio

Method

  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add spinach, romaine, and radicchio; toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
