Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix, made in layers
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 pkg. frozen coconut or 1 fresh coconut
Method
- Make cake in layers according to directions on box.
- Cool. Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and coconut and place between layers and on top.
- Refrigerate for 4 days.
- If not eaten, freeze.
