Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/8 c. melted butter
- 1 large can pumpkin pie mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Reserve 1 cup of cake mix and 1/8 cup of melted butter.
- Mix together remaining mix and 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 slightly beaten egg.
- Press (with hand) into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk and 2 slightly beaten eggs.
- Pour into pan.
- Take 1 cup cake mix and the 1/8 cup melted butter.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over cake.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
