- 2 lb. lean stew meat
- 5 large potatoes
- 5 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 4 large stalks celery
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Layer all ingredients in crock-pot; sprinkle cornstarch over stew.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
