Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, boiled in skins
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- corn flakes
Method
- Peel potatoes; dice and chill.
- Melt margarine in pan with cheese.
- Stir until almost melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add soup and stir.
- Add sour cream and salt.
- Lightly mix sauce with potatoes and put in 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
- Cover with 1 cup crushed corn flakes.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 325° to 350°.
