Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1 c. Parmesan
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Cook and drain spinach very well. Let cool. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Roll into balls.
- Freeze.
- Before serving, place on cookie sheet still frozen.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
