Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon
- 16 oz. can water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Method
- Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each water chestnut; fasten with toothpick.
- Place water chestnuts in oven-proof dish; brush with mixture of soy sauce and sherry.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Yields about 20.
