- 1.5 lb. venison steak, (flank steak also works well)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried chives
- dash of chopped dill weed
- dash of celery seed
- green onion to taste
Method
- This will usually tenderize the meat within 24 hours but 48 takes much of the "wild" taste out of the meat.
- Great with long grain and wild rice.
