Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb. ground meat or deer meat
- 2 (18 oz.) bottles barbecue sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 can beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Put barbecue sauce in large pot.
- Add brown sugar and about 3/4 can of beer to sauce and cook on low heat.
- Put ground meat in a bowl.
- Then add egg and bread crumbs and mix.
- Break stems of mushrooms and stuff meat inside each one, then put them in barbecue sauce and cook about 2 1/2 hours or in crock-pot overnight on low.
