Ingredients
- 4 cups of warm fried rice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Method
- Place 1 cup of rice in each tortilla.
- Add 1/4 of the cheese to each one.
- Roll and eat.
- Note: Leftover rice can be used.
- Veggies can be raw or sauteed depending on what you choose.
- Tortillas can be warmed if desired.
