Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Method
- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy, add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each.
- Add milk and vanilla wafers, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in pecans and coconut.
- Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cool in pan for several minutes.
