Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 junior jar prunes (with tapioca) or 2 small jars
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat on medium speed with hand mixer until well blended (do not overmix).
- Bake in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch greased and lightly floured pan at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
