Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh vegetables (sliced zucchini, squash, green peppers, carrots, celery and mushrooms)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tsp. seasoning mix
Method
- Melt the butter and add the seasoning mix.
- Bake the vegetables in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
- Pour the butter spoon by spoon every 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 450°.
