Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. half and half
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour.
- Cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in half and half.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
- Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with paprika.
