Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix With Pudding
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk, Divided
  • 2-1/2 cups Sugar, Divided
  • 24 pieces Large Marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Coconut
  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1 bag Chocolate Chips, 12 Ounces
  • 1 package Slivered Almonds (3.5 Ounces)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9X13 cake pan. Prepare and bake cake according to directions. In a saucepan, mix together 1 cup of the evaporated milk, 1 cup of the sugar, marshmallows and coconut. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Pour over warm cake.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, then add remaining 1 1/2 cups of the sugar and 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Add almonds. Stir and pour mixture over cake.
