Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. cooked, strained, mashed squash *
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and beat well.
- Pour into fluted unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake at 425° for 45 to 55 minutes.
