Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) box manicotti (can use large shells)
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook manicotti (or shells) and drain.
- Cool in a single layer. Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling; spoon into manicotti.
- Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange manicotti in single layer on sauce.
- (If the large shells are used, put the open side down.) Cover with remaining sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
