Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and sour cream.
- Mix well and turn into a well greased and floured, fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan, drizzle topping on top of cake.
