Ingredients
- 1 large fryer, boiled and meat taken off
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Method
- Drain the cooked broccoli and put on bottom of greased casserole.
- Add chicken.
- Mix the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Mix the bread crumbs with the melted oleo.
- Pour over the soup.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 25 or 30 minutes.
