Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer, boiled and meat taken off
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo, melted

Method

  • Drain the cooked broccoli and put on bottom of greased casserole.
  • Add chicken.
  • Mix the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Mix the bread crumbs with the melted oleo.
  • Pour over the soup.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Bake in a 350° oven for 25 or 30 minutes.
