Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • garlic to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. Bloody Mary mix
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. undiluted cream of celery soup
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • some lemon juice

Method

  • Saute the first 7 ingredients.
  • Add soup and salt.
  • Heat and stir.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Heat until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
