Ingredients
- 3 cans sliced beets
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 24 whole cloves
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. beet juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Drain
- liquid from beets.
- Mix all ingredients in a pan and cook
- for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
- When cool, store in fridge.
- Delicious!
- May eat as vegetable dish. Add to salads or spoon over cottage cheese.
