Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/4 c. oats (uncooked)
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  • Add soup, sugar, eggs and oil; mix well with a spoon (about 350 strokes).
  • Stir in oats, nuts and raisins; spread into a greased and floured pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
