- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 1/4 c. oats (uncooked)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Add soup, sugar, eggs and oil; mix well with a spoon (about 350 strokes).
- Stir in oats, nuts and raisins; spread into a greased and floured pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
