Ingredients
- 4 large firm tomatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- black pepper to taste
Method
- Cut off top of tomato.
- Carefully remove pulp of tomato, leaving solid shell.
- Mix all remaining ingredients.
- Fill tomatoes with mixture and chill.
