Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 6 c. popcorn, popped
- pecans, walnuts or peanuts
Method
- Combine butter, molasses and sugar to make syrup.
- Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and cook approximately 3 minutes. Remove cover and cook but don't stir to the almost hard crack stage. Pour syrup over cooked popcorn and stir well.
- Add nuts of choice.
- Toss lightly. Cool and place in tight seal tins.
