Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 6 c. popcorn, popped
  • pecans, walnuts or peanuts

Method

  • Combine butter, molasses and sugar to make syrup.
  • Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and cook approximately 3 minutes. Remove cover and cook but don't stir to the almost hard crack stage. Pour syrup over cooked popcorn and stir well.
  • Add nuts of choice.
  • Toss lightly. Cool and place in tight seal tins.
