Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
- 8 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
- 1/2 c. crushed buttery crackers
Method
- Combine cream cheese and salad dressing, mixing until well blended.
- Add Cheddar cheese and onions; mix well.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie pan; top with combined bacon and cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Serve with additional crackers.
- Makes 2 cups.
