Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 12 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate (more if you want it more lemony)
Method
- Mix together crust ingredients lightly like pie crust.
- Spread into 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 min @350 degrees.
- Mix filling ingredients.
- Pour over the baked crust.
- Bake for 15 min @350 degrees.
- It will not be baked through like a cake -- still a little moist.
- Sprinkle with 10x sugar and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares !
