Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado
- 20 grams Sake lees (I recommend the paste)
- 1 tsp White miso
- 2 tbsp Soy milk
- 1 tbsp of mentsuyu or 2 teaspoons of shio-koji. adjust (to taste) Mentsuyu or shio-koji - see Helpful Hints
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise Refer to Helpful Hints
Method
- Put all the ingredients except for those marked into a food processor and blend.
- Add the ingredients as needed to finish.
- Spread on crackers or enjoy with bread.
- It's also great with salad.
