Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 3/4 c. American cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Method
- Saute onion, celery and butter.
- Cook broccoli; drain.
- Also cook rice, then mix all the ingredients together.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350°.
- Be sure to cover with foil.
