Ingredients

  • 4 c. stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. melted oleo
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
  • 3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut in pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 small jar diced pimento
  • dash of salt and pepper

Method

  • Mix stuffing and oleo and press half of this mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and put over stuffing. Top with remaining dressing mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. May be made the night before and refrigerated until baking time.
