Ingredients
- 4 c. stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
- 3 c. cooked chicken breast, cut in pieces
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1 small jar diced pimento
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Mix stuffing and oleo and press half of this mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and put over stuffing. Top with remaining dressing mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. May be made the night before and refrigerated until baking time.
