Ingredients
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 small red onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. burgul
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bunches parsley
- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 green onions
- 1/4 c. olive oil to taste
- 1 pkg. taboule
Method
- Chop parsley, tomatoes and onions.
- Mix all ingredients with lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, mint and add the burgul last.
