Ingredients
- 150 grams of peeled shrimp
- 5 asparagus slice 3 cm long
- 1 tbsp spoon of chop garlic
- 3 mushrooms cut in quarter
- 2 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of light soy sauce
- 1 tsp of Peppers
- 1/4 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of oil
Method
- Heat the pan fry in garlic then add asparagus and mushrooms fry for 3 minutes
- Add shrimp, oyster sauce, pepper and light soy sauce
- Add chicken stock stir and covered for 1 minutes.
- Remove from heat served on rice
