Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. steamed raisins
Method
- Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks. Add raisins. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in lightly. Put in pastry shell and bake in a slow oven for 45 minutes.
