Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 c. celery soup, diluted with 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- potato chips (optional)
Method
- Dilute soup with water.
- Defrost potatoes in large bowl.
- Add all other ingredients, except chips.
- Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Top with crushed chips.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serves 12.
