Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped broccoli
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 stick oleo

Method

  • Saute onion and celery in oleo until tender.
  • Mix cooked rice and broccoli (steamed), then add sauteed onion and celery and mix thoroughly.
  • Next, add the 2 cans of soup and mix.
  • Add Cheez Whiz to mixture.
  • Pour all into a casserole bowl.
  • Bake in a 400° oven until bubbly.
