Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. chopped potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. or more ham, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Add water to potatoes, onions and ham in skillet.
- Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Drain.
- Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam or oiled.
- Add celery soup. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
- Add a tossed salad and have a meal.
