Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat or 12 oz. imitation crab
- 6 scallions (tops and bottoms), chopped
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Melt cheese in microwave or double boiler.
- Add crab, scallions and mayonnaise.
- Heat until just bubbly.
- Serve with corn chips or Melba rounds.
- Do not substitute for any of the ingredients!
- Not a lo-cal dip, but it will be a hit!
