Ingredients
- 4 c. hot, seasoned mashed potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped chives for garnish (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients except chives.
- Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle top with chives.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
