- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Method
- Combine the pork, salt, pepper and vinegar. Then add garlic and onion, then carrots and other vegetables. Mix in egg and then cornstarch. Wrap this mixture in egg roll wrappers and fry in vegetable oil until pork is done (5 minutes).
