Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (or 2 lb. potatoes, shredded)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated American or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Let potatoes thaw and mix with soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
- Place in a buttered 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.
- Cover with corn flakes and drizzle on the margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 10- 12.
