- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 qt. water
- 10 oz. pkg. Californa style frozen vegetables
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 10 oz. pkg. green beans
- 1 can tomatoes
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- flour or cornstarch to thicken
Method
- Brown.
- Drain ground beef.
- In large pot, combine all ingredients except flour/cornstarch.
- Cook until vegetables are done.
- Thicken to desired consistency.
