Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/3 c. maple flavored syrup or dark corn syrup
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (soft)
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack biscuits
Method
- Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Add coconut.
- Flatten out biscuits; put cream cheese mixture in and press or pinch together.
- Put seam side down on nut mixture.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
- Let set in pan for 3 minutes, then invert onto plate.
