Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew
- 4 tsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 5 c. water
- 4 small carrots
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 small onion
Method
- Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over the beef.
- Brown in the oil.
- Pour the 5 cups water over beef.
- Add the carrots, potatoes and onion.
- Cook slowly until tender.
