Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan large enough to hold mushrooms.
- Use low heat.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add washed (and halved if large) mushrooms.
- Let simmer on lowest heat for at least 1/2 hour.
- Serve warm.
