Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pineapple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package whipped topping Dream Whip
- 1/2 cup cold milk
Method
- Cook rice and 1 cup cold milk on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Cool.
- Add pie filling and vanilla.
- Stir whipped topping mix into 1/2 cup cold milk and beat until fluffy and stiff.
- Fold into rice mixture.
- Put into dessert dishes and serve.
- May add cream and cherry on top if desired.
