Ingredients
- 3 c. squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small box Ritz crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Boil squash and onion until squash is tender; drain.
- Mix onion, soup and squash.
- In casserole dish, grease and crumble (1 pack out of box) Ritz crackers in bottom, then layer 1/2 of soup mixture, layer 1/2 of cheese, layer crackers, soup and cheese again.
- Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
