Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach or 3 to 4 lb. fresh spinach, finely chopped in food processor or blender
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or Ricotta cheese or cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2/3 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt, pepper
Method
- Defrost frozen spinach or chop fresh spinach.
- Place in strainer and press water out.
- Add other ingredients and mix.
