Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. shortening
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender.
- Mix together vinegar, cold water and egg.
- Add to first mixture.
- This makes 1 single and 1 double crust.
- It keeps in refrigerator several weeks.
