- chicken thighs (7 to 9 pieces)
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- fresh mushrooms, sliced (can use canned)
- 1 block Cheddar cheese
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Save 1 cup broth.
- Shred chicken thighs onto bottom of casserole.
- Grate half of the block of cheese over the chicken.
- Cook Stove Top stuffing per directions and layer over cheese.
