- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 small cans tomato sauce
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Beat the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions.
- Use mixer and beat until smooth.
- Brown ground beef; add 3 cans tomato sauce and set aside.
- Boil 8 ounces thin spaghetti, firm; drain.
- Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Layer spaghetti, cheese mixture and spaghetti.
- Pour meat mixture over all.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
