Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Beat the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions.
  • Use mixer and beat until smooth.
  • Brown ground beef; add 3 cans tomato sauce and set aside.
  • Boil 8 ounces thin spaghetti, firm; drain.
  • Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Layer spaghetti, cheese mixture and spaghetti.
  • Pour meat mixture over all.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
