Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo light syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- pinch of salt
- box Pillsbury All-Ready pie crust
Method
- Beat eggs, add sugar gradually.
- Then add melted oleo, pinch of salt and pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until middle is set. Do not overbake.
- Pie crust; follow direction on box.
